Diamond Checkered Dresden

I finished this at Camp Horseshoe Fall Retreat 2017. This is a Missouri Star Quilt Company pattern, but I snowballed each block to make the diamonds because I didn't like all the blank space. I also have a thing for stop borders. This also brought the yellow to the outside of the quilt. The green border and the diamonds are the same fabric. The are not from the same line as the dresdens since they were an after thought. Most things I do evolve as I go along.
