Scrap happy changing pad

So just playing around with scraps. I do a lot of baby quilts. But the next baby will get a quilt and this little changing pad. Measures 24 x24. Lots of times the changing table is across the house or upstairs. I thought this would be perfect to keep in a little diaper basket in the family room. Edited to add: This went out today to a new baby girl along with a very girly quilt. I told mom that for now it was a changing pad but little lady can use if for a doll quilt later on.
