Flag quilts

I made four flag quilts for family members who have been or are in the military. All four fronts are the same. It took me 11 months to the day, start to finish the first three. (I ran out of red fabric and had to wait for a trip to the US before making the fourth one.) Two of the quilts have blue backs, one has illegible old-fashioned handwriting, the fourth has airplanes. Hand stitched and hand quilted. 51" x 66" my original design; the circle of stars idea adapted from an internet photo by Ritola Artesanía.
