Another in the BOM projects started years ago by my Mom and then handed to me this spring to takeover and finish. As I finished the blocks and started assembly I really started to like it. I asked her if it would be okay if I didn’t return it to her! Then it sat while my brain thought about the quilting. I still really didn’t have a plan when it came up in the queue again for quilting. I do like to do curves and feathers, on very geometric heavy quilts. So I did the center and then just kept going; inventing as I went.
