Winter stars

I found a bunch of HSTs and wanted to try the big star. I did have to add a few from my stash. This was on my design wall for a few days as I played with color placement and to see if I could get a nice layout with what I had. The blues are outlined and the whites are small meander. This leaves the blue to poof. As soon as it snowed I put it on the table! Oval table, square quilt! Ah, well it looks nice.
