Shhh! it's a Christmas present

My daughter has been asking for a spring quilt for several years, and I finally found a pattern and material she liked. This is made from a Bloom Quilt pattern (and some extra of the Calico Days material by Lori Holt). She wanted a BIG quilt. Her bed is a queen size and the picture is on a king, I hope it is big enough While I have done some appliqué over the years, I finally used Lori Holt's method successfully. I still need practice but I am pleased with the outcome. If I have time before Christmas, I will make some matching pillows, but no guarantees.
