Mountain Scene Quilt

I'm not sure how I originally got inspired to design this, whether it was a recent camping trip to Priest Lake, ID or that I discovered Bob Ross' Joy of Painting on my Amazon TV but I definitely wanted to try and create a stylized landscape quilt. I took design direction from Mary Stanley's Lake quilt and Mickey Bebee's Eickler Homes quilt. (50 X 60) This quilt will be hanging in Quiltcon East 2017 www.quiltachusetts.com
