Woodland Creatures for Casey, Jr.

This is my first attempt at applique. I made this baby quilt for my first grandchild/son expected in early September. His mother, my DIL, is doing his room in Moose/Deer/Bear. I wanted to do all moose on this quilt, but my husband talked me into doing different animals. Most times this is done in squares. My son loves argyle, so I turned the square. Never again! Applique is ok to do!
