Heart cushion

A friend of mine is fighting cancer and I wanted so much to do something special for her. I am caring for my husband, who has ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig´s disease, and he has been so supportive of my plan to make this quilted cushion-cover, allowing me to take the time necessary. Quilting has become my therapy. I love working with the fabrics and designs but most of all I love the joy of reaching out to someone else to show that I care and think of them often.
