Centerpieces & Pot Holders for Christmas 2016

My husband is unemployed this Christmas therefore, money is tight. My mentor, Fran gave me 6 Christmas panels that she picked up at a yard sale. I thought, these would make great Christmas Gifts for all the girls. I washed them, cut them up, bought a backing at another yard sale and started sewing. The panel came with a centerpiece and 1 pillow. ( I didn't want to make a pillow for the kitchen, therefore, I made potholders/trivets instead.) I just sewed around the pictures to give the panel that quilted look. I have to admit I am one of those people that whenever I get a gift done, I want to give it to that person. immediately.
