Red, white and blue for my grandson

My grandson lost his uncle, Sgt. Matthew R. Soper, in Baghdad, Iraq, on June 6, 2007. This year while visiting me over spring break, he asked me to make a red, white and blue quilt for him, and another for his grandfather -- the soldier's father. I had already presented his grandmother with a red, white and blue quilt in 2014, and was surprised by the request. My grandson said "Mimaw really loves her quilt, but I think Papa and I should have one, too." Now, who would say "No" to a request like that?
