Painted Hashtag Quilt

I was inspired to make a Hashtag quilt by Jenny's tutorial. However, I wanted larger hashtag blocks and a smaller quilt, so I cut my own 2.5 inch strips from yardage and background, getting one hashtag from each WOF strip. I modified the border corners a bit, and the scrap border "floats" between two 2.5 inch background strips. The quilt finished at about 52 inches square.
