Woodland Critters in the Thicket

During the 2016 RxR season, I purchased Moda Thicket Critters (8 small panels) and a yard of black and a yard of ivory coordinating fabric. I had seen the red fabric and passed on it when I first saw it. It always haunted me so one day I ran across it again and it was almost gone so I bought the end of bolt (6-7 yards). A good friend had her second grand baby and I had planned to make a quilt with another designers fabric but found out they were decorating his room with woodland animals. Perfect! I switched to use the Moda panels/fabrics. Problem was I had to come up with a design that used the limited fabrics I had. I did it and used every last piece I had. I am so pleased how it came to be.
