Heat Up The Skillet

Yep! This apron is worthy of heating up the skillet. I am so happy with my first sewn apron. It came to me from a pattern book I rec'd from my co-worker: FABULOUS FAT QUARTER APRONS by Mary Beth Temple. Very nostalgic thing for me since my Mama always wore an apron when in the kitchen or cleaning fish! NEW SKILLS LEARNED: Gathering a skirt, the Flat-Felled Seem, application of Binding. SKIRT: Fabric by the Yard gifted from a friend clearing out an old bank building he'd been using as a storage space. POCKET: Culture Shock by STUDIOe. BINDING: Brick.
