SET: Patriotic Table Scarves

Using the MSQC Periwinkle Template was the key to creating these easy table scarves in patriotic hues. I think 3 of them on a long table would be festive. Riley Blake Designs STAR SPANGLED charm packs purchased from MSQC. Pellon Fusible Interfacing was used in the middle to stiffen. (Nov 2015) * I'm not a fan of the term Mug Rug, so I just call them table scarves.
