Barcelona Beach

I made this for a friend's daughter who lives in Barcelona to say thank you after we stayed in her home there while on holiday. It is made from batiks and the pattern is called BIRDS IN THE AIR from Quilt in a Day. I made early in my quilt learning so although I can see all that is wrong with it she loves it. It was difficult for me to make as I had no clue about "on the bias" but I have learned a little more since this attempt and would love to try make a KINGSIZE...
