First quilt

After making a GAZILLION Bali Bowls with beautiful batiks gorgeous variegated threads with a zig zag stitch I thought I'm going to RUIN my old 1090 Bernina if I don't give it a "break". Ok...let's just go in a straight line! HA! Hence my own introduction into the wonderful world of quilting, online tutorials and MORE ways and reasons to Buy FABRIC. A HUGE win-win for me.
