Garden of Violets

I love Jenny's flower garden quilt. My idea was to make an all violet one. Once I had the blocks together it looked kind of boring, I appliqued the yellow centers, stems and leaves, as an after thought. This was donated to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
