Serendipitous Chaos

just put together my first disappearing 4patch. was very interesting and i love the result. but i have to laugh.. i put 4 of them back together backwards compared to all the rest.. - in this experiment i only had a finite number of squares to work with & thought i had a disaster in the making.. then i started sewing the blocks together.. so now i have a lap quilt & a pillow cover.. i call it Serendipitous Chaos... :) the lap quilt (before sashing/binding) is 3 by 5 8inch blocks the goofed up pillow cover is a 15 inch square made of 4 8inch blocks.. not sure what binding will be but am surprisingly happy with the result.
