Backdraft

I have always wanted to make a firefighter quilt, although I'm not sure why. I finally found the right fabric and while making a disappearing 9-patch, I had the thought - storm at sea and call it Backdraft. I finished both quilts and, with the approval of my quilter, I purchased an edge-to-edge fire/rescue quilting pattern.
