Trash Can Quilt - My First Project

I signed up for a class in my local guild, but the woman who was to teach it became seriously ill at the last minute. Another member of the guild brought in a lot of scraps and provided some generic instructions for a trash can quilt - and I was off! This will be a wall hanging after it has been bound.
