After making many quilts from Jenny's tutorials, I had the confidence to try this using a specific template.

This was given to my son and his wife for Christmas 2014.

This is a variation on the beloved Log Cabin Quilt. I feel that this quilt is my most significant quilt I've made. I call it my Journey quilt. I began making this quilt in 1998. I made several blocks and then I experienced several profound life changes and I didn't resume working on it until about 2009. I used a variety of fabrics in the making of this quilt. Many of the fabrics are from Thimbleberries but the rest were picked up here and there and also pulled from my stash.

Easy half square triangles make this table runner. Edged with rick rack. Center fabric was donated.
