This was my first quilt ever. I made it 24 years ago in 1990. The back is a soft dress shirting.

This was a class quilt where you paid $5 and got the fabric and directions for a block. The next month you had to show your completed block to get the fabric and pattern for the new block.

I made this tumbler quilt from a kit on sale. It's the second quilt I ever made. I didn't think when I arranged the blocks and the dark red blocks look like fish to me now, thus my name for the quilt. It fits on top of a twin without any overhang, so it's a great quilt for naps on the sofa.

My sister convinced me to make these 4 quilts. I picked the wrong fabric for the Spring version. But the others came out okay. They aren't finished, I need to sandwich, quilt and bind them.

Easy half square triangles make this table runner. Edged with rick rack. Center fabric was donated.
