Hi there, I am a widow that lives out in the country with 5 cats and a Boston Terrier. My eldest son lives nearby and keeps the farm running. Youngest son is married (I have 2 boys) and lives in the next state over. Quilting , or rather quilt piecing, is a life saver for me. Being retired, I need something to keep me involved with my creative side and other creative people. There is always something to learn. I also enjoy reading, gardening, cooking and Jenny's tutorials.

Curvy log cabin
I was recently at a quilt retreat and put this top together. I had decided to donate it for our QOV sale in the Fall. When the QOV group leader saw it, she said she wanted to use it as our raffle quilt. What an honor. Thank you MAQC for a fun pattern that comes out so beautifully.

Falling Charms quilt
In an online group we exchanged flower blocks that measured 3 1/2". Shortly after our second round of exchanges, the leader of the exchange passed away. When I saw Jenny's tutorial on the Falling Charms quilt it seemed like the perfect way to use my 100 flower blocks. I adjusted the sizes a bit but her quilt is the inspiration. So 'Sally's Flower Garden' was born.
