The Ribbon Box Quilt
I made this RIBBON BOX QUILT, by Cloud9 Fabrics for my new granddaughter. Her mom requested mint green, peach and gray colors. I added a touch of yellow. There are no "blocks" in this pattern. It's made by creating rows, piece by piece, with no borders. The straight line quilting was done by a LQS because I'm still not the best at FMQ on my domestic machine. It was definitely one of my favorites...so much fun to create!

Autumn Tones
I had a sizeable collection of homespun and brushed collton fabrics and decided to use the checks and stripes in a fall quilt. The block used is a half log cabin. The quilt is hand quilted to give the piece an "antique" feel.

Shattered Star
The design for the quilt started with a photo and a collection of teal fabrics. I kept the design and the quilting very simple with most of the blocks being half-triangle squares.
