NURSE QUILT
I have made two quilts using the novelty NURSE fabric from LORALEE DESIGNS. It required the EXPLODING BLOCK technique I learned from KAREN HALABEE and MISSOURI STAR QUILT COMPANY. This quilt is for a friend who suffered meningitis and can not come back to work .... YET. #msqctbt

jumping jack quilt block variation
MSQ video Jumping Jack inspired this quilt block. I plan to make adjustments to future blocks .... I want different faces and different shades for the faces. I am also not too happy with the proportions of the head and the body. I am also not happy with the lack of contrast between the background and the face.
