I took a quilting class 33 years ago in anticipation of my second child. I finished that quilt in anticipation of my first grandchild 15 years ago. Since then I have been quilting more and more - kind of like a snowball rolling down the hill!

Postcard to Mom
I made this quilt to wrap my mom up in riotous warm color as a thank you for everything she has done for me. I kept the quilting a simple 1/4" from the seam line because that's how she has quilted all the quilts she has made for my kids and grandkids through the years.
