I have a long line of quilters in my family going back to my grandmother, mother and several aunts and cousins. I made my first quilt almost 6 years ago. I had a very busy job and didn't quilt again until 2021 when Covid hit. I had bought a machine in January 2021 just randomly one day with mother and haven't stopped quilting. I semi-retired and only work two days a week now which allows for plenty of time to quilt. My daughter, son and daughter in law all quilt with me. We recently went on vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina and all took our machines. In between the beach, fishing and sight seeing we quilted together. It's been so much fun. I'm still learning a lot! Jenny's tutorials have made it very easy to be successful!
