I make a lot of baby quilts as my daughters are of the age when all their friends are married and having babies. This one had to be gender neutral as the parents want to be surprised. When I saw this patter by ElsieDesigns, I fell in love. I haven’t done a great deal of appliqué so it was a learning experience as well. It’s being gifted tomorrow
