The Purple Elephant

I had decided to stop taking custom orders for quilts because its no fun to HAVE to sew. Just a couple weeks afterwards a repeat customer asked me to make her the Elephant Abstractions for her in purples. I had had my eye on that quilt for awhile and I was so excited I totally forgot that I was not going to do any more custom jobs and took this one. It was a lot of work but I hunkered down and did it.
