My "Sew Lovely" bags

My husband gave me a new sewing machine for christmas this year. i love to sew but normally don't allow myself time but because i have a new machine i wanted to put it to good use. I discovered Jenny Dern's You tube video's on how to make bags out of charm packs and jelly rolls...and now I'm obsessed with sewing! I'm a Child Psychotherapist who helps children and families who have experienced trauma and loss. Because i carry everyone else's hardships all day long, i find that coming home and making time to create and sew my little bags helps me with my own self-care. I don't keep the bags, i give them away and that helps me feel pretty good too! thanks Jenny Dern and Missouri Quilting company for your wonderful products and for your inspiration.
