My Dad's side of the family were quilters. I remember my Grandma, Great-Grandma and Aunt sitting and quilting. I should have paid more attention then since I can't ask them for help now. I have my Grandma's patterns cut from old Corn Flake boxes and church bulletins. She has notes on the back of each but we have no idea what she meant. She made each of us a wedding quilt. A timeless and precious gift. I have made my daughter, each of my siblings and a quilt. My niece is next.
