Zack's Pony Express
I'm making a quilt for each of my family members. Zack is my oldest grandchild. He likes green, blue and orange so I chose 10" precuts for this quilt. I was the 3rd large quilt that i made.

My very first quilt
This is the first quilt I ever made. It is entirely hand pieced. I paid a lady named Ruth Mertz to quilt it on her machine. It took me an entire year and I mostly pieced it during our 5-hour Wednesday staff meeting. I really enjoyed making this quilt.

My oldest granddaughter got job in Florida with Disney World. I wanted to make her something from me and home, which is Arizona. She and I designed the quilt. I pieced it together and hand quilted it. It was my first try at a art design.
