  Sailboat Jellyroll Baby Quilt

  This was made with a batik jellyroll. I added appliqued boats made from regular quilting fabric. I got feedback from some wonderful quilters on the Missouri Star Quilt Forum about how to quilt it. I love the way it turned out. My niece loved it as well and hung it in the baby's room over his bed.

  seaglass quilt

  my sister has a house by the sea. she collects seaglass. i was particular about the use of color, using only blues/greens. the quilt shop owner wanted me to add purple to make it pop but i shook my head and said no.
