I won this jelly roll in a drawing and when I saw this pattern I knew it would be perfect for this precut. I pieced the backing with fabric I had on hand. It will be donated for a charity quilt auction for a local children's hospital.
This was posted pre-quilted. It's now finished and some viewers wanted to see it completed. So here is how I did mine. The two bottom photos...one is the center design, the white flecks are from the freezer paper that was stuck in all the threads. The one on the right is a closer look at the quilting. I had not put a border around it, till after the body of the quilt was finished. I know that the colors don't quite match, but it's mine and it's ok with me. I couldn't find the tutorial on the MSQC site down below, but it's called Binding Tool Star. I am sure most if not all of us have seen it.
