Well Scrap!
I've always wanted a scrap quilt. Finally finished this one and its on my king sized bed. Its full of memories of the quilts and clothes I made with these scraps.

My grandson joined the marines and left after high school. Four years this was a WIP. Done! Defintely a learning experience. I even quilted a bulldog into the Marine emblem in the center. He is stationed overseas and saw it on Facebook. Absolutely loves it and thinks I'm the best. Stay safe Grandson.

This quilt is very special to me. It was made for my husband's uncle who turned 96 on 9/28. A very special man who served in WWII and had a ship blown out from under him. He went to college after the war and practiced law. He worked hard for everyone and was a TX Supreme Court Justice. Sadly we lost him 10/13 and my husband brought he quilt home. He loved the quilt and put it so every one would see it. I miss him already.

My Very First Quilt!
After several years away from sewing, my dear cousin convinced me to start quilting. I finally jumped in as I've always wondered if i could quilt. I needed to get my hands going again, so I decided on a Jelly Roll Race design. I've always wanted an elegant Christmas Quilt to drape over the back of my sofa next to the tree, and I think I've finally found the perfect one! Dr Suess Toddler Quilt
This was a kit from Craftsy that I made for my Grand-Niece. She is 15 months old. I also sent it with four of the Dr. Suess books. The kit was easy to follow and made a larger size baby quilt so I called it a toddler quilt. It came with a panel with the different books and fabric to make the rest. I purchased the backing fabric separately. My great-niece loved it and sat on it with the books.

Christmas Panel Quilt
This is the Christmas Quilt I made to keep. I got the pattern from the fabric manufacturer's website. It was for a smaller panel so I had to add the sashing on the sides to get it to fit. I love the way it turned out and I'm keeping this one for my own Christmas quilt.

Mandi's Quilt
Our son and daughter-in-law live near Flagstaff, AZ and it gets pretty cold in the winter. I made her this quilt for Christmas 2016 using flannel.
