I'm a Branch Office Administrator that picked up quilting in October 2014 so I'm a newbie. I started because I needed a winter hobby since I couldn't get out on the golf course and we were expecting our first Grand Baby. I wanted to make something for Liam and future grandbabies and something for our bed. I'm still working on the one for out bed, the Disappearing Pinwheel 3. I have completed and given away several to family at this point. I made Liam and our great niece, Gabby, the Bubble Pillow quilts and some pillows. I'm doing bags and clutches now too. Have to admit I have an addiction to Jenny's tutorials. I find it so easy to disappear and get into my own little world and sew. I'm trying hard to divide my off time between my hubby and sewing but I'm not sure I'm doing so well. We converted my oldest daughters room into my sewing room. It's my "Women's Cave". Until the weather breaks, I tend to spend way too much time on the weekends in my "cave". I so need to catch up on my wifely duties and get some spring cleaning done.
