Recovering from surgery last November I was inspired but a wall hanging from Jordon Fabrics I wanted it to be bright cheerful and full of colours A happy quilt for brighter days. I really loved making it and learned a lot. Rachel was Longarm quilted by a lovely lady in Wales, a long way from Kent where I live but Debbie did an amazing job and I am thrilled with the result. I finished the 400 inches!! of hand binding yesterday I hope you like it

Spring petals
I saw a picture 'online' and did my own version. All petals were made from scraps and there are no fabrics used more than once. The whites are all different too as I used all my scraps before cutting into metreage. I used small dots of wash-out fabric glue to secure the applique before sewing.

This pattern is so quick to put together! A grandson graduating from high school this year. He is autistic and his favorite color is orange. I know he won't care much about it, but I'm not going to leave him out of the quilt lineup. No telling when I may be able to get it quilted as I mooch longarms from friends.

Hand binding a king size Double Wedding Ring quilt
The Dear Husband was so very happy to get this beautiful quilt back. He said his wife would be proud. - A husband found this beautiful king sized Double Wedding Ring quilt top, that his wife had pieced, after she passed away. He sent it to my friend to custom quilt. My friend did a wonderful job quilting. My friend said that the lady did a wonderful job piecing the top since it was very flat. She asked me to hand bind the quilt for her. I watched many tutorials on youtube. This is the first curved binding, that I have hand bound. Hopefully, the lady that pieced this quilt is proud. I worked on binding it for three days. 104" x 104"
