I am 55 years young. A mom of a daughter & son. I am Grams to my beautiful 8 year old Grandson & 2 year old Granddaughter :) I'm passionate in all I do. I enjoy the outdoors, the sunrises, the sunsets, the rainbows, horses, knitting, pottery, quilting, gardening...working with my hands. I love to stop and smell the roses and make people laugh and smile.

TO MY GRANDDAUGHTER
This quilt was made with lots of love for my little "Precious Moment", Autumn Rose...my granddaughter. Hopefully she'll have and cherish for many years to come. I'm a beginner quilter. Ever since I started watching Jenny's (Missouri Star Quilt Co.) tutorials, quilting has been a wonderful experience. Loving pinwheels, I watched her Fast & Easy Pinwheels tutorial and decided to make a pinwheel quilt for my granddaughter. I added a border of tumblers. Quilted by Sandi's Quilted Touch.

Dr Suess Toddler Quilt
This was a kit from Craftsy that I made for my Grand-Niece. She is 15 months old. I also sent it with four of the Dr. Suess books. The kit was easy to follow and made a larger size baby quilt so I called it a toddler quilt. It came with a panel with the different books and fabric to make the rest. I purchased the backing fabric separately. My great-niece loved it and sat on it with the books.
