I made this quilt for one of my sister-in-laws. She picked the pattern and fabric collection. The fabric is from Marcus Brothers Conestaga Crossing, except the background fabric and large border. The front is cotton and the back is flannel (as requested). It was quilted by a local LAQ. It came out really pretty. Hope she loves it !

The Purple Elephant
I had decided to stop taking custom orders for quilts because its no fun to HAVE to sew. Just a couple weeks afterwards a repeat customer asked me to make her the Elephant Abstractions for her in purples. I had had my eye on that quilt for awhile and I was so excited I totally forgot that I was not going to do any more custom jobs and took this one. It was a lot of work but I hunkered down and did it. Lattice Queen Size Quilt
After 3 long years I am finally done with my first queen size quilt and pillow shams. Just in time for our first camping trip this April (It goes on the bed in the 5th wheel). The Lattice pattern is from Missouri Star. The material is called Lydia . Top stitching done on a standard size machine using a decorative stitch and the walking foot. "Lets Go Camping"
