Picket Fence Pattern in 6 Sizes from Wall to King
I am super excited to introduce Picket Fence to you! She is the second in my budding line of quilt patterns! Picket Fence is a versatile pattern that looks great in many fabric collections! Sweet pastels or bold, masculine prints are perfect for Picket Fence. The cover quilt is lap size in PB&J by Basic Grey. The pink, yellow and green version is the original Picket Fence in Spring quilt from 2012, making it up as I sewed. This quilt is the reason I named the pattern Picket Fence; it reminded me of a white picket fence on a lovely spring day, thus the name, Picket Fence in Spring. Recently I was asked about the pattern through my Etsy shop, and I decided it was time to write it! This pattern is layer cake friendly and comes with instructions for six sizes from wall hanging to king! The pattern includes fabric requirements for using layer cake squares or yardage. Wedding Quilt for friends
i have a dear friend who's daughter will marry in August. They are lovers of nature so I thought a Bear Paw quilt was appropriate. I googled "Images" online and found this design. It is an easy layout to copy. I used scraps and stash in the colors the bride and groom are using in their home based on an image of a rug that is in their house. The bride's mom said the colors in the rug are carried throughout their home. This quilt is probably about twin-size. The Bear Paw block measures 10" finished.

Fence Rail & Nine Patch Quilt
This is another one of Jenny Doan's tutorials I had to make. I had so many nine patches left over from the Irish Chain Quilt and the background pieces already cut that I used them to make this quilt. I only had to make the fence rail pieces and the borders. I still have so many nine patches and 6 1/2" background pieces already cut that I could probably make another one of these! Haven't quilted it yet. Waiting on the Westalee ruler foot and sampler templates to arrive so I can do something other than stitch in the ditch.
