I am a 42 year old wife, mother of 3, and school teacher. I started buying fabric and watching Jenny's videos after I turned 40. My quilts are mostly from Jenny's tutorials (patterns and skills). I love how she has made it easy for me to sit with my computer and my sewing machine and produce something similarly looking to hers. I still have a difficult time with cutting my own fabrics. I am close, but if the pattern requires exact cutting and 1/4" seam, I'm sunk :( My first goal is to learn how to sew straight lines, have not met that goal yet. My second goal is to enter a quilt into the county fair. I am currently finishing a couple of quilts to enter in our county fair this year.
