Farm Girl Vintage Tractor Quilt
This was made for a friend to give as a baby gift. "Farm" was the theme with red and green as the colors. Lori Holt's pattern was modifified slightly to reduce the size and to stagger the pinwheels. It was really hard to let this one go!

Fence Rail Quilt Top
This quilt is for one of my brothers, so I wanted a design that wasn't fussy. The rail fence pattern was a perfect choice. A jelly roll from the Union Blues collection was used, as well as coordinating fabric for the two borders. The backing will be cream and I hope to use a navy blue thread for the quilting.

I made 5 Irish Chain quilts in early 3013. Here are two more. One was made after my embroidered butterfly quilt shrank and no longer fit the bed! I gave it to my sister for Christmas. The other was my first purple and green, it ended up way too big for a twin bed! It is a generous queen!

Summer in the Park
Summer in the Park is a quick and fun quilt. I went scrappy by mixing up the blocks. I'd probably not use the navy and red strips or the very light background with large print. I used quilt as you go on the 16" squares. I was really happy to see how well the pre-quilting lines came together where blocks joined.
