I made this quilt for the couple that purchased our last house. They were moving back to be near family as she had cancer that had come out of remission. I wanted to give her something bright and cheerful to have at the hospital to remind her of Hawaii, where they were moving from. Sadly she died the morning I finished it. We gave it to her husband, in memory, for their young daughter. Pattern is Breezy from Growing Up Modern.

I made this quilt for my son with images of all the things he loves as a little boy. I haven't gotten this one finshed yet. We picked a play town scene for the back and he won't stop playing with his hotwheels on it long enough for me to make it part of the blanket. Might have to find something else so I can get it done. Pattern is Tagged from Growing Up Modern.
