I made this tumbler quilt from a kit on sale. It's the second quilt I ever made. I didn't think when I arranged the blocks and the dark red blocks look like fish to me now, thus my name for the quilt. It fits on top of a twin without any overhang, so it's a great quilt for naps on the sofa.
This is an easy quilt to make. I call it a slasher type block, because you slash the fabric, sew, and slash again and again! It's really fun and comes together fast. I think I used 3 jelly rolls for this. The tutorial cam from http://www.modabakeshop.com/2012/10/simply-woven-quilt.html
This little quilt was made for my husband to celebrate a bountiful tomato harvest. I found the pattern in a McCall's pattern a couple years ago. This quilt is displayed in the kitchen during the summer months. It was made from scraps and some green polka dot yardage.
I made this simple quilt from the Luna Notte fabric line. The simple design lets the beauty of the fabrics shine through. The outer border is an alien fabric I added from my stash. My daughter loves this quilt so much I made one for her too (Luna Notte II)
