Baby Quilt
My daughter asked me to make this baby quilt. She picked out the colors and pattern. Since she didn't want to know what she was having, it is non-gender specific. I think it turned out very nice and I'm glad she had me make it for her. Baby girl Vivienne was born on August 19th!!!

Christmas Quilt

Made this for my daughter's 35th birthday!! It was a cold windy day when I took the pictures but the sun was shining, something it hadn't done in several days! Pattern was a disappearing 9 patch that I found on Pinterest. I had it machine quilted.

I love the colors in the Basic Grey Persimmon collection. Finally found a pattern I liked after using up several 5" charms. Good thing I had 3 or 4 packs of them. This is the first quilt I have tried Free Motion Quilting on. All other tests were smaller. I'm quite pleased with how it all came together.

Hand Up Stand Up 2016
I made a patriotic quilt to donate to the 2016 Hand Up Stand Up benefit ride for our local VA hospital in Topeka, KS. The money goes to a couple of areas including the PTSD ward. I am so blessed to have a husband involved in the ride and thought I would get involved also by providing a quilt to have auctioned off. My good friend quilted it for me as her donation to the cause.
