Grandmothers on both sides of my family quilted and I have been blessed with a quilt from each of them. I've wanted to quilt for many years, as I felt it was a family calling, but I was intimidated by how intricate quilting looked and just never attempted. Well, after years of collecting fabric, I finished my first quilt in February 2016, because we were blessed with the first grand-baby! The MSQC tutorials are such an inspiration, and have shown me that quilting is a lot like a jigsaw puzzle...putting together one piece at a time. Thanks to Jenny for making it 'not so bad' to me and believing we can accomplish a LOT if we just try. I'm so inspired by this site and all the amazing quilters!
