I learned to sew in 5th grade only because Home Ec was required, for girls & boys! I pieced my 1st quilt top just after high school completely by hand then hand quilted it several years later. I knew I had been bitten by the Quilting Bug back then. I have always dappled in crafting but came back to the sewing machine about 15 years ago. With the advent of the online quilting community, I am now working on my 66th quilt and delighted to be sewing again!
