Took Home Ec in H.S. Sorry to tell you, but I failed that class. I didn't do the requirements, Oh well. I have mastered all those requirements and then some. I push myself to learn new techniques and easier ways to go about a project if I believe there's an easier or better way to make it. I have sewn for my family from birth till they hollered, " We don't want to dress alike anymore!!" Which was in their teens. After that I had a wash machine box full of scraps from all those clothes and since I was done making them their clothes, it was time to move onto making quilts. I see no end in sight! I have used up most if not all those scraps and have made new boxes of scraps from the quilts I am making now. Lots of baby quilts have gone out the door to family. Some that didn't get baby quilts, will get one for graduation. I am working on some summer quilts for our camper and home use. These have flannel "guts" so they aren't quite so heavy. If you have any questions, you can email me at mtshowdown@hotmail.com. Thanks!
